Create Recurring Products

Go to your Stripe Dashboard, click Product Catalog and add these plans:

  • Beginner Program: $80 AUD / week.
  • Intermediate Program: $120 AUD / week.
  • DJ Set Prep Program: $90 AUD / week.

Generate a "Payment Link" for each plan to paste directly in booking completion emails.

Keep student files and contracts structured.

Root Directory

Create a folder named SILVASOUNDS_TUTORING. Inside, add:

  • 01_Signed_Contracts
  • 02_Shared_Resources (DAW project files, samples)
  • 03_Client_Folders (Create a subfolder named [Client Name] for each signed student)

Loom Video Feedback Workflow

Provide mid-week feedback videos to maximize value without call fatigue.

If a student has a Loom feedback addon:

  • Have them drop a track mix bounce in Google Drive by Wednesday.
  • Open the track, record a 5-10 minute screen capture reviewing structure and mix edits.
  • Send the student the Loom link. They get video visual training they can repeat anytime.

ASIC & ABN Guide

Verify name registrations in Australia.

  • Search ASIC registers to make sure SILVASOUNDS is available.
  • Log into the Australian Business Register (ABR) and link the trading name "SILVASOUNDS" to your ABN.
